CX Role Communities
Communities Architect in the Customer Experience Organization based out of RTP, North Carolina. I’ve started my career at Cisco in 2006 straight out of university, I joined Cisco in Belgium as a Customer Support Engineer for Collaboration Products.
After achieving my Collaboration CCIE and an MBA got married with my best friend (also a Cisconian) and took a “honey-year” sabbatical to travel the world backpacking from South East Asia, Oceania all the way to South America and North America.
This journey give me the chance to truly experience Cisco’s human network by connecting with so many incredible Cisconians, learn more about other cultures and how it is to live in each country and work at Cisco.
This journey finished in San Jose Cisco HQ where I had the chance to connect with several colleagues and find a new role based out US.
Today I work and live in RTP North Carolina with my husband Antonio and out two little bundles of joy.
